Visitor resolution
Put a name and email to the shoppers who leave without buying.
Most abandoning shoppers never enter an email, so recovery can't reach them. Visitor resolution identifies those anonymous visitors from your own consented traffic — turning dead-end abandonment into a named lead you can follow up.
The majority of shoppers bounce before the address field. Standard cart recovery has nothing to send to — that revenue just disappears.
Everything the visitor resolution does
Name anonymous shoppers
Resolve an abandoning visitor to a real person — name and business email — so an otherwise-lost cart becomes a lead.
From your own traffic
Resolution runs on visitors to your store, on a consented basis. It's not a purchased list or scraped data.
Straight into recovery
Resolved contacts flow into your dashboard and can feed the same recovery sequences and audiences you already run.
Pay per result
You're billed only for successful resolutions — attempts that don't resolve don't count against your plan.
Tiered pricing
Monthly plans of 500, 1,000, or 2,500 resolutions, getting cheaper per resolution as you scale — down to $0.60.
Consent-gated
Identity is only ever attached on a lawful basis, and GPC and opt-outs suppress it — the same discipline as the rest of the plugin.
No lock-in
Month-to-month. Cancel or change tiers any time; the free plugin keeps working regardless.
Deliverability-safe
Because leads are consented and first-party, your outreach reaches inboxes and your audiences aren't rejected.
Set up once, then it runs itself.
Add your plan
Pick 500, 1,000, or 2,500 resolutions a month. Enter your Consent Resolve Site ID and API key to switch it on.
Resolve on abandonment
When a consented visitor abandons, CartConsent resolves them to a named contact and adds it to your leads.
Follow up
Route the lead into a recovery sequence, an email, or an ad audience — and watch resolution pay for itself.
The one thing worth paying for.
Everything else in CartConsent is free because it runs on data you already have. Resolution is different — it's net-new information with a real per-lookup cost, so it's the single feature we charge for, priced as low as $0.60 a result.
Questions
How is this consented?
Resolution only ever attaches identity on a lawful basis, from your own traffic, and GPC signals and opt-outs suppress it — the same consent model that governs the rest of the plugin.
What counts as a resolution?
One successfully identified anonymous visitor. If a visitor can't be resolved to a real contact, it doesn't count against your plan.
What does it cost?
Monthly plans: 500 for $400, 1,000 for $700, or 2,500 for $1,500 — from $0.80 down to $0.60 per resolution. See the pricing page for details.
Do I need it to use CartConsent?
No. The plugin — cart recovery, cookie banner, and legal pages — is fully free without it. Resolution is an optional add-on for when you want to reach anonymous abandoners.
