Why it's different

Everyone else meters the recovery. We give it away.

The incumbents charge a subscription for the part you already earned — winning back your own carts. CartConsent charges only for net-new information.

Billing questions

What's actually free?

The whole plugin: cart recovery, the cookie banner, and the legal pages — forever, with no order limits, no contact metering, and no branding. You can run a complete, compliant recovery program without paying us a cent.

So what am I paying for with a plan?

Visitor resolution — putting a name and email to the anonymous shoppers who abandon without ever entering their address. It's the one thing that carries a real per-lookup cost, so it's the one thing we charge for.

What counts as one resolution?

One successfully identified anonymous visitor. If we can't resolve a visitor to a real contact, it doesn't count against your plan. You're billed for results, not attempts.

What happens if I go over my plan?

Resolution simply pauses for the rest of the month once you hit your limit — we never silently bill you for overages. Upgrade any time and it resumes immediately.

Is it monthly or annual?

Month-to-month. Cancel or change plans whenever you like; the free plugin keeps working regardless.

Do unused resolutions roll over?

No — plans reset each month. Pick the tier that matches your traffic; you can move up or down at any time.

Start free. Add resolution when it pays for itself.

Install the plugin, recover carts on day one, and turn on visitor resolution the moment the math works.
