These terms govern your use of the CartConsent website, plugin, and paid visitor-resolution service (together, the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service. The Service is operated by CartConsent.
The plugin
The CartConsent plugin is provided free of charge and licensed under the GPL. You may install and use it on stores you control. The plugin is provided "as is" (see Disclaimer below).
Visitor resolution (paid service)
- Resolution plans are billed monthly and are month-to-month; you may cancel or change plans at any time.
- You are billed only for successful resolutions, up to your plan's monthly amount. Resolution pauses when you reach your limit; unused resolutions do not roll over.
- You are responsible for using resolved contact data lawfully, including honoring consent and applicable marketing laws.
Acceptable use
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes, not to interfere with its operation, and not to attempt to access it other than through the interfaces we provide.
Intellectual property
Except for the GPL-licensed plugin, the content and branding on this site are owned by us or our licensors and may not be reproduced without permission.
Changes & termination
We may update these terms or the Service from time to time. We may suspend or end a paid plan for non-payment or misuse. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, CartConsent is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
